The car parking facility enable the platform to be lifted up & down to all floors and do sidewards movement in the middle floors to fetch and store the car. According to the site plan, it could be designed as two to six up-ground floors facility, two underground floors facility and three to seven floors of underground and up-ground together. The drive system is: four-lift-point electric chain type, steel wire rope type and fluid presses type for 2-3 floors.

It is divided into two or more floors, using up-an-down facility to lift up and down the car platform to required floor for car picking up.
